TS Mechanical Services is a private concern established in 2007 with headquarters in Matthews, NC just 15 minutes from downtown Charlotte. Although the establishment is young our Key personnel have a combined 100+ years experience in the HVAC industry with more than half of that dedicated solely to Mission Critical Facilities.

Larry Riggsby – President:
Having more than 30+ years in the industry, Larry is a nationally recognized expert in Mission Critical Facilities as well as any HVAC system in a Commercial or Industrial environment. Larry is certified with all major manufacturers of HVAC equipment and components for Critical Sites, Utility/Power Sites (incl. Steam), Manufacturing and Chemical Processing Facilities. Mark Pack – Sales Manager:
Having more than 25+ years in the industry, Mark is recognized in the Charlotte region as an expert in any HVAC system for Commercial Property, Manufacturing or Industrial environment. Mark is certified with all major manufacturers of HVAC equipment and components for Large Tenant Capacity Properties, Utility/Power Sites (incl. Steam), Manufacturing and Chemical Processing Facilities. Mark is a member AFCOM, ASHRAE, Charlotte Regional Comm. Board of Realtors and is a graduate of Rowan Cabarrus Community College. Brian Eavens – Vice President of Operations:
Brian brings 20+ years experience to the business side of TS’s operation, having broad knowledge in application Accounting, Accounts Payable/Receivables, Payroll to implementing our operational software. Kathy Tarsitano – Dispatch Manager:
Kathy brings 20+ years experience to TS’s operation in ensuring Equipment, Material and Technicians are where they are supposed to be to get the job done and keeping clients satisfied. Kathy brings a unique perspective and experience to TS as she has worked several years with Larry, Mark, Brian and Darry, so they are always on the same page.
